First, I am a mom of a 2 year old boy and have a girl arriving in March. Family is the center of my life and I play many roles as a mother, wife, daughter, and sister. I think you will find from many of the strategies I suggest that I believe family time and on-going communication is essential to consistently teach and correct behavior.
I have been in the field of education for almost 10 years and have played the role of a classroom teacher, behavior specialist, trainer for teachers and; parents, and currently a private consultant. I have a variety of experiences working with kids and have spent my professional development and education filling my bag with behavior tools.
